Solax EV Charger

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice and would appreciate any help.
I recently had a SolaX system installed consisting of:
- 1 × 6kW IES inverter with 20kWh battery
- 1 × SolaX G4 3.6kW inverter (installed to retain my FIT tariff)
- 1 × SolaX Smart EV Charger
- 26 solar panels
Both inverters are visible in the apps and everything appears to be working correctly, with the exception of the EV charger.
The charger will charge the car, but I have a few questions regarding Green Mode:
- If I select Green Mode, the charger never starts automatically, even when I'm generating 10kW of solar. The system simply exports the excess energy instead.
- I can get Green Mode to start by switching to ECO Mode and then back to Green Mode, but it only charges at around 1.48kW.
- Should Green Mode start automatically when sufficient surplus solar is available? I would assume the answer is yes.
- Should Green Mode dynamically increase the charging current above the minimum 3A/6A setting to use as much available solar as possible, up to the charger's maximum of 32A?
- With ECO Mode, if I set a minimum of 10A, does it dynamically increase up to 32A when more solar becomes available, while maintaining a minimum of 10A by drawing from the grid if only, for example, 9A of surplus solar is available?
Can anyone confirm whether my understanding is correct or point out if I've missed a configuration setting?
Thanks in advance.
P.S All firmware's are up to date
