Help from Solax support
Hi everybody
I was trying to do a battery balance to balance two slave batteries and my master battery. After trying for a wile, I made a real mess of my inverter setting. So I had to call Solax support for some help to reset everything. I must say the people at the support center were great they were very patient with me and between them got my system sorted. So I would like to thank Caine, Kiki and Mia from customer support for sorting my problems out.

My inverter stopped generating and showed a ,' run at boot ' message. I contacted Solax support and Lorraine was fantastic and super efficient.
She remotely accessed the machine and despite some difficulties and the 7 hour time difference carried out the required firmware updates and reboot to solve the problem. Fantastic prompt email correspondence despite it being night time in China.
